What It Is and Why It Matters
The Three Systems Framework is the conceptual foundation of the Embodied Performance System. It describes how human experience under pressure is organised across three interconnected systems: the Survival System, the Feeling System, and the Thinking System.
The Survival System communicates through physical sensations — the racing heart, the shallow breathing, the legs that won't stay still, the chest that tightens before a difficult conversation.
