LearnFast Internal

The workspace I run my own consultancy from. Four databases, one founder, every client engagement tracked the same way my clients now track theirs.

The story

LearnFast Internal is the workspace I open every morning. Not a demo. Not a sandbox. Not a version scrubbed for discovery calls. The same four databases, the same 11 views, the same 27 paid engagements.

I built the consultancy on the same shape I sell. Content Engine drafts every post and newsletter I publish. Sales Engine tracks every discovery call, every proposal, every closed engagement. Company Wiki holds the SOPs I re-read between clients. Capture and Promote holds every idea that became a client-facing module later.

Three years in, 27 paid engagements have run through the workspace. 31 essays were drafted here. Every client I sell to today sees the workspace I ran the sale from. The coherence is the asset. I don't teach a system I don't use.

The engine is still being updated. New modules get added when a client engagement surfaces a pattern worth keeping. Old databases get trimmed when they stop earning their keep. The workspace evolves because the consultancy evolves. It is not a finished product. It is a working one.

The workspace I show on every discovery call is the one I run the business from. No demo. No sandbox. No client-mode toggle. The coherence is the asset.
